High Blood Pressure and Folic Acid.

The other day I noticed when a person started to take Folic acid tablets, the person's higher than normal blood pressure decreased.

Then search found there is some co-relation.

n.b. One must consult his or her medical curer in this regard.

To Keep Blood Pressure Normal.

1= The Basic diet should include:

- Protein.
- Carbohydrates.
- Fats.


2= They should not be taken in equal ratio.


3= Through out the day,
- Protein should be 10 to 35 per cent of daily calories.
- Carbohydrates should be 45 to 65 per cent of daily calories.
- Fats should be 20 to 30 per cent of daily calories.

Foods to reduce high blood pressure.
=Peel garlic, chop in small pieces, add to some olive oil and sprinkle on dishes.

= Leave fresh fruits and vegetables around for snacking or steam lightly for side dish.

= Soybeans and bananas are high in potassium, help lower high B.P. Do not cook bananas, potassium will be destroyed.

Cold weather can raise the blood pressure. Peace be on you.
In cold weather, B.P. can raise, making difficulties for people with hypertension.

Even the healthy people tend to have higher B.P.

Dress clothing with layers. Also use head covering, scarf and gloves to conserve body heat along with other precaustions.
