He Told Me, "Go Kill Yourself"...

I was upset over something and I wanted someone to talk to...and one to them was...him. He told me to go kill myself.

Why on earth you would want to talk to someone who has so little regard for you is a mystery.

And in all honesty, if you're going for public shaming I have to be honest and say it doesn't reflect well on you.

Just sayin'.

Go find a true friend to talk to. Don't waste your time on this.

If I was you, I'd find 'someone' to replace this 'someone' next time I needed 'someone' to talk to . Heck, I'd replace him now, with a puppy or a fench post or a frying pan or just about anything, before the next time I needed someone to talk to.

My monster does this too. The most vile thing will pour out of her mouth .. . .

I was told this once but I'm sure that it wasn't out of malice.

I think the person in question mistook my issue for a down-to-Earth one and had no clue as to what I was experiencing.

They, themselves, had a pretty depressing life and were simply suggesting that if I couldn't emotionally handle the kindergarten issues I was trying to overcome at the time what was coming next would be sheer torture.

Not that I condone telling someone to commit suicide but in my instance the sentiment wasn't as hateful as it initially sounded.

After realizing his cruelty and my misguided heart, I don't want him in my life.
