To all our Scottish friends I'd like to say a very happy Saint Andrew's Day but I was listening to a report on the local radio that was telling us that Scoland is one of the very few countries that doesn't have a National Holiday.

The CBI (Confederation of British Industry) spoke out today against plans for St Andrew's day to be a National Holiday in Scotland. To say the CBI are a dour clan of rabid s***es sort of sums up my thoughts on them.

Do you think Scotland should have a National Holiday? and should foreigners have any say in what Scotland decides for the Scottish?
