Well you see, people either get round to the TFS way of thinking or they generally go

We are pretty tightly moderated, I dunno if you agree, but we dont tolerate flaming or petty squabbles. It makes for a nicer atmosphere.

Yeah if it does get bad there is some good stepping in done by the moderators.

Flame means if you call another user a derogatory term such as faggot, b****, bastard, c*** you get the pic. Also flaming would be trying to humiliate another TFS member.
