GUM

i have this bad habit, its called chewing gum. lol. i am usually really edgy and nervous when im not chewing gum. does anyone else get this way? and i was wondering, i can only chew sugar free gum because it doesnt stick to my braces, whats everyones gum of choice? mine is probably Orbit.

If you chew too much gum you can get stomach ulcers which are supposed to be extremely painful. This is because you trick your body into thinking that your are about to swallow some food so it makes more acid in the stomach. Too much acid after a while and you will get um.

lol, yup i know that feeling. yeah sugarfree doesnt stick. try Orbit gum, if you have it. i chew Trident, Freedent, Orbit, and Dentyne

and hey rob i like my addiction ill only get a stomach ulcer if i chew too much! but im not gonna get cancer or rotting kidneys from smokin and drinkin! lol and its cheaper! lol

lol, id have to agree. worth the risk. ive had an ulcer, from stress, and i survived so if i get another ill make it

I know I haven't known you very long and I shouldn't be asking you for this so soon, but I really need it badly.
