Who else loves fruit salad?

My hubby makes the most awesome fruit salad ever!

He adds all fresh; honeydew melon, pineapples, banana's, seedless red grapes, and red delicious apples.

I could eat this every day of the week, and never tire of it..it's truly delicous, - and nutritious too.

I've just remembered that I have some watermelon at home and some pomegranate (sp?) seeds in my mums car!

I just had a pomegrante on Monday!

; first time since the early 70's, when I was a kid..

I enjoyed it, but not as much as I remembered liking them as a kid.

loveis, your hubby's fruit salad sounds delicious.
I would probably put something in it, other then
grapes, though. Looks good, know it's nutritious,
and am sure it taste good as well. Can't beat that. :>

Yeah, he does add pineapple; and I'd love for him to add mango, because I LOVE mango, but am allergic.

..they make my mouth break out, and swell like Jennifer Lopez'es in "Monster-in-law"..
(from ingesting some of the sap, that I hurriedly tried to wash off in my greed while in Puero Rico

- and the rash, very itchy, because the mango is related to the poison ivy plant

)..

..I think I may get him to add fresh coconut too, and some of the coconut milk; like the coco frio's in Puerto Rico, if anyones' ever tried one of those?

- now I'm salivating.

all good things in the initial post. I guess the grapes
could stay - seedless at that. But I might add:
cantelope, another type of apple or two, and/or bits of
fresh peaches, if they were in season. I don't care
for organic anything. Thanks for the fresh fruit salad
idea.
