Is there a site out there where i can create my own web page for free??
And quite possibly use it for business purposes??

geocities... all you need is a yahoo account. But you have to deal with their ads on your page.
I don't think you'll find free web hosting very professional. They are more generally used for personal sites. But it's somewhere to start.
