Due to the pre-programmed logic of the site, a forum is a forum, and a list of threads or posts is a list of threads or posts.

You get what you click on.... if it is linked. You cannot click on a picture of a gorgeous girl, and expect to get her. She has a mind of her own....

Normally when I have logged on it takes me to the homepage which then I usually click on forums. Then a page appears with new topics on the left side and recent posts on the right and all the listed forums also on the left hand side. But now when I click on forums on the homepage it takes me to a new(to me) page with just all the forums/sub forums listed and nothing else.

Instead of me now having all 3 conviently on one page I now have to check a separate page for new topics and another for new posts?.

Yeah the forums section used to have a sort of half clone of the old homepage.
I liked it better

Not only was is easier to keep up with posts/topics but now it feels like I am less involved in what is going on.
