Alex Jones talks with Infowars reporter and Army veteran Joe Biggs about a newly released military document detailing the US Army’s plan to wage war on the American people.
“Jade Helm is a challenging eight-week joint military and Interagency (IA) Unconventional Warfare (UW) exercise conducted throughout Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah and Colorado,” according to an unclassified military document announcing the training drill, which runs from July 15 through September 15.
Multiple branches of the US military, including Green Berets, Navy Seals, and the 82nd Airborne Division, will participate in the 8-week long exercise, which may result in “increased aircraft in the area at night.”
Troops will be tasked with honing advanced skills in “large areas of undeveloped land with low population densities,” and will work alongside civilians “to gain their trust and an understanding of the issues.”
The exercise, in which some participants will be “wearing civilian clothes and driving civilian vehicles,” lists Texas and Utah as “hostile” territory. Full article here

I read the so called leaked document. It isn't hard to find on the internet.
If we assume that the leaked document is real... it is about a war game that helps our soldiers be prepared to fight our nation's enemies. Utah and Texas are not being viewed as "hostile territory" in real life...but rather for the purposes of the training.
Why Texas? (The following is quoted from the document
"The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCO!) has conducted numerous exercises in Texas% because Texans are historically supportive of efforts to prepare our soldiers, airmen, marines and sailors to fight the enemies of the United States...."
"...areas of undeveloped land with low population densities with access to towns..." Areas with low population density so as to reduce risk to innocent by standers that are not part of the training.
"The opportunity to work with civilians to gain their trust and an understanding of the issues..."

Our military wants to work with civilian Americans so that they better understand what our military does to protect them!!!
