Fashion outlet/Manufacturers

I'm wondering if anyone can help me, I'm looking for some manufacturers possibly in Europe or California to produce my designs, I am a graduate of fashion design from Dublin.
Want to start my own business by producing a collection and supplying boutiques around the city bit by bit. Would really appreciate some direction, thank you!
