A World War II heroine who used her harmless appearance to gain the trust of Nazis before executing them has died in The Netherlands, aged 92.

From the link:

Together with her older sister Truus and their friend Hannie Schaft, she (Freddie Oversteegen) blew up bridges and railway tracks with dynamite, smuggled Jewish children out of concentration camps and executed as many Nazis as she could, using a firearm hidden in the basket of her bike.

Excellent!

I hope someone makes a top notch movie out to this story!

Your post lead to some morning research.

It seems that the real badass of the team was Hannie Schaft... the girl with the red hair

Sadly she was executed or assassinated, depending on the version of her demise.

She was taken by two men to a beach location where many resistance fighters were killed.

One version says that one of the men shot her at close range, but only wounded her.

Hannie said, "I shoot better than you."

The other guy didn't think that was very funny so killed her properly.

I thought there was a movie about something like this?

Was it displaced to a US spy and Russian officers during the cold war?

The Dutch made a movie about this story, but it was in Dutch and German.

Some movies have been made about women involved in the WW II underground resistance movements, but don't think anyone else has actually covered this specific story.
