Peace be on you.
1- Saute onions and cut Bell Pepper in some oil.
2- Boil rice separately.
3- Add some salt and black pepper.
3- Mix 1 and 2.
4- Add any sauce to taste.

All things added to taste.

By "my" rice was quicker... only 5 minutes.

But this topic is "easy quick"... measuring cups are "easy" and "quick" and with my rice you have 5 minutes to spare... if you were a man that would be plenty of time for....

Uncle Ben’s does taste better and has a better texture (my opinion). I get regular non-instant non-par-cooked brown rice; it costs less and (my opinion) tastes better.
