How much rain it takes to stop a drought depends on how severe the drought is.

Australia has areas which need a lot of constant mild rain over 2 or 3 threes to repair the damage.

If they fixed the pipes there wouldnt be a drought. Stupid bastards

If they fixed the pipes in Sydney they'd probably save 40% of the water in the stoopid dams. Stoopid hopeless politicians.

they recon it's going to rain all week, it's right though if they put some money into fixing all the broken pipes they would save far more money and water, so everyone gains!

I understand that in London they simply cannot fix all the pipes. There are so many protected buidings and trees and parks and stuff and it would be so expensive.

But surely they can invent something to sort it out

Water is getting expensive. They want to privatise ours here the stupid f***heads. Those people who actually conserve their water are attracting higher rates for doing the right thing.
