Donald trump is a businessman, this is a capitalist country. It's like using a calculator to do math; we've been using a dictionary.

Can't stand the guy anyways. He and Donald King ruined the sport of boxing forever.

Will never forgive them for that lol.

If? IF?! It's already happened. Sure it's not "direct" but it's certainly happened.

Of course. But more blatantly than that.

But it is not only that. If you want to give the government only one role, then sure.

More like using the calculator to find the correct definitions to run the country!

The not raising taxes is the only part of his speech that i have questions about . I thought along the same lines as you posted when I read the article .
I did some reading about his Casino Companies and the Chapter 11 bankruptcy deal .

How Does Trump repeatedly file for Bankruptcy and still stay on top?

https://www.legalzoom.com/legal-headlines/celebrity-lawsuits/how-does-trump-repeatedly-file
And then went and read about the difference between Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy .
What I mean about it tells alot about his character is he didn't just 'cut and run' but stuck with it until his debts were paid. He didn't take the easy way out.

https://www.moranlaw.net/chapter11.htm

I should have mentioned that if he were to run for the office of president he's got my vote.

I should re mention That I have had a change of mind and heart and felt I needed to come clean and refute my mention of before . Before Trump wasn't talking and saying nothing to a lot of people , To day he is . Back then he looked really good on paper ,

Anyways I'm done refuting myself now . ,

What he says does sound real good .

But until he comes out with an outline on how he intends to do what he says he'll do . It's just a individual standing in front of a crowd making words.
The fact that his Casino Company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy and not Chapter 7 , says alot about his character .IMO

An honest to goodness politician today is a rare find. I am stepping into my 90th year in a few days. During my life-time, I have bumped into politicians in an Asian country, in an African country and now in the US. An open question for me had been, “why does one enter into politics?” I got the answer from an individual from one of the most corrupt countries, politically. He had amassed some wealth and embarked on politics. His answer to my question was one word “power” – said with a punch. He had wealth and he was not satisfied unless he was able to link his wealth with power.

Listening to the candidates for the US Presidency one will feel convinced that the political main-stream needs an overhaul and he/she is the person who can do it!! Yes? Or, No? During the campaigning stages many a politician, critical of his/her opponent, has laid out strategies to win battles and promise of wining the war. With the reins of power in his/her hands, can such a person transform words into deeds? No, it is not practical. The reason is obvious. Many unseen obstacles the come along the way.

We live in a small world today. Our political thinking cannot be like that of the “frog in the well”. Our politics need to be linked to the rest of the world. Our foreign policy is therefore equally important as our domestic policy.

I am a voter in the US and I do pray that every voter in the US will weigh the words of the candidates and make a studied choice at the right time, so that our country will continue to be a befitting leader of the free world

a successful business man, must be patriotic, and has an anger towards what has been going on '' not right''' in the country...

Not just a 'successful business man' qualifies..
I think he should do this long time ago.
