Guy's does every relationship have trust issues? I don't mean to seem nosy but every relationship I've been in there has always been trust issues on either cheating or what they actually think? do you think I'm mad as i think i am as it doesn't seem anyone else have those kinda problems.. yes i know I'm probably wrong but what can you do.. is a relationship over when no trust? can you build up trust even when only harmful things have been said? would you trust again if they cheated? what i am so confused as everyone says's summit different... I just wanna know is every relationship like that??

I can only comment on what I know, every meaningful relationship I've ever been in has ended with cheating, many of the people I know or have known so far in my life have experienced similar things. So cheating seems quite common. Some people never seem to say what they mean or mean what they say, they cannot be trusted.

My life events have given me 'trust issues' but only insofar as I am more cautious who I give my trust to. I'm not so sure that trust can ever be rebuilt after being broken in this context, although there are plenty of stories around claiming just that!

Feeling hurt after being let down is natural.

I know that is why it is so confusing... I can't stand cheating I've seen terrible endings to such happenings and it's heart breaking to see that people can just mis treat each other like that when they say they love that person weather it's a friend cheating on your partner or a complete stranger... Trust to me is a very big thing but also the main thing that can make or break a relationship weather sexual or just good mates. I know it's a long shoot i just wish everyone could just be truthful about there feelings to one another..

a lot of relationships did for me but the one that seems worth staying in(the one i've been in for 8 months) has been my only relationship with out trust issues. so i guess if it's the right one there are no trust issues...

I think trust has a lot to do with how much you trust yourself to be able to handle various situations. And that comes down to self confidence. Are you the type that "needs" assurances from outside sources frequently, or do you find your source of strength inside yourself? Do you "need" to be in a relationship, or are you ok with being on your own?

no.

I'd say in most cases.. where things go wrong is where one of the sides isn't getting what they are after, and isn't letting the other know about it to work on it. So when things don't improve.. cheating or leaving or something happens. Things turn pear shaped pretty quickly. But if you are open about everything and talk about everything and feel truly comfortable around a person.. there shouldn't be any problems should there? Well there probably would be some but they are more manageable and not so difficult to handle.

Not every relationship has trust issues. It all depends on the person. If you have been treated badly in the past it can effect the way you feel towards people in new relationships.
If someone you are in a relationship with, does cheat. Then in my opinion... They are not worth the time of day.
All trust goes out the door.

As I said, it all depends on the people involved in the relationship
