I ask only because there aren't any labels for them when you click on the "Music" section.

For my classical favorites, I'd list--

Hector Berlioz
Iannis Xennakis

For jazz, well, that's still evolving...

Yes and yes.

For Classical I generally just listen to Romantic era stuff. Chopin, Tchaikovsky, Berlioz, Dvorak, Wagner etc. I've mainly got into due to studying it at school, structurally, harmonically etc.

As for Jazz, I haven't really ventured past Bop. Kinda obssesing over Charlie Parker and Wes Montogmery at the moment so I'll get into more in due course. I'm working on a lot of Jazz stuff for school, so I'm studying it thoroughly: how it's composed, history, all that jazz.

They're tough genres to get into, and I'm only recently developing a proper appreciation for them so I'm still somewhat of an amateur listener.

I love classical music, I used to hate it but when you find the right piece it can give you shivers.

My modern composer of choice is John Zorn.

On a not-so-classical note:
