Do we come up in conversation?

When talking to your friends outside of TFS, do you ever mention knowing someone from this cool website called The Forum Site? Or even talking to people who use the site that you know offline as well. Do you bring up and talk about people who you've met/talk to from on here?

Everytime my friends and I talk about who the cutest guys are, intox always gets brought up and I get weird looks

I've talked about people on here with my cousins.

Yeah, I mention this site and people on here all the time, to people who are on here and people who are not. I sometimes talk more to people on here than people in the outside world!

omg me and matt and emily are always talking about tfs and all the people, and no one else knows what were talking about and it pisses people off! no wonder we don't have any other friends...

See, I don't have any friends from here on TFS. I always think about it and am tempted to say something, but never do. I don't want a lot of my friends on here

I feel the same. If you have people from school or something on TFS, then you can't talk about them! Like that one guy who started a thread asking for advice about a girl he liked, and then the girl found the thread.

I dunno. Most of my friends don't like forums anyway I don't want them lookin' at me weird when they see how addicted I am!

Actually the reason we were talking about misy is because she sent me a text saying "see you on Thursday".

All good and well but I thought she was getting in on Wednesday

She's staying in some backwater near Darwin that has no mobile fone reception and no internet access

I was just telling my friend how pissed I'll be if I turn up at the airport on Wednesday and she's not there

Yeah, especially if people are talking about different parts of the world, I say "oooh I have a freind there"

For example this morning I was looking at the news (first time for everything) and said "Annie made us pray for snow"!

My kids were like "WTF is Annie?"
