Did you ever try to make stuff with used candles?

I've never noticed this craft forum before. I have no idea why I can't remember if I had seen it before. hmm...

Anyway, get all your old and used candles (leftovers), clean them with a cloth, then place them in a sauce pan or any metal heating container. Melt them, stir the wax with a metal thingy (an old spoon).

Now, get another container (a lovely shaped one). Place confetti and other stuff in it. Be careful and put the melted wax in it. Stir it. Add some glittering powder (TFS women must have some extra make up).

Leave the container for like an hour (it will be too hot even if it has become solid). You'll end up having a beautiful wax shaped object. You can use it to hold flowers in it or use as a decorative craft.

I used to do that back when I was in primary school. It's fun. Be careful and don't get burnt.

If you're just putting wax in a jar, you might as well put a wick in it and make a new candle out of it.
