Seeds taken up to the Moon by China's Chang'e-4 mission have sprouted, says China National Space Administration.

It marks the first time any biological matter has grown on the Moon, and is being seen as a significant step towards long-term space exploration.

Maybe the Chinese will start selling there moon booze in cool retro Star Trek bottles.

At first glance, it looked like a collection of hookahs.

Probably was... apparently the original Star Trek used all kinds of weird stuff. I read that some of their medial scanners were oddly shaped salt shakers....or something like that...
