No. Some use the cousin of DNA, RNA, instead the main differences being that DNA has one Oxygen less than RNA on the sugar units that make up part of the backbone and that RNA is single-stranded. An example of a (debatable) lifeform that has RNA would be a retrovirus.

Of course this is only as far as we know. There may be other lifeforms way way out there who use a different molecule to store their genetic information.

I should probably check the text book before I say this, but I think all eukaryotic life forms store genetic information with DNA. Some Prokaryotic life forms use RNA. A chemical known as a prion acts something like a virus, and prions have no DNA. They might be considered non-DNA-containing life forms.
