People are hoarding all paper products. Cant buy tp,pt,kleenex or napkins. ITS RIDICULOUS

And pasta and bread and Ice cream ...?
Kind of surprised when I walked by the ice cream section to see it unusually bare.

Canned soup, ground beef, hot dogs were also scarce.

Curbside pickup is booked for a week. Last Wednesday night, wanted to sign up for a pickup "soon" - next available was this coming Thursday.

Hey,
Hope everyone is doing ok and staying the f*** home

I’ve been doing a lot of frantic work from home trying to get our teaching services back up and preparing for on-line only.

So far our dorm students still can live on campus, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they repurposed them for hospital. We are the only level one trauma center in the state.

We are not shelter in place yet, but seeing and hearing some people’s individual decision making, we may go to that soon.

I feel like with my husband’s health issues I’ve had a lot of practice prioritizing what is really important in a crisis. So I get where some bad decisions come from, some of it is just heartbreaking though.

Looks like the story comes from Betsy Woodruff Swan of The Daily Beast "an American news and opinion website focused on politics and pop culture.

Not the best of news sources.

Maneuvers like this serve to undermine efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. It's hard to say if The Donald was informed of this DOJ effort. There are plenty of examples in US history where department heads of our nation's Executive Branch didn't have their actions pre-approved by the President (see Bay of Pigs invasion) . Here is a blog post on this topic.

Daughter and brother-in-law attempted to find tissue today at COSTCO this morning. No tissue.

Glued to C-SPAN to see Senators hash out the relief package--pretty disgusting display!

Working from home this week.

At least I don't have a fever.

Two missed opportunities for the Senate to pass a bill which could provide relief for the US.

due this virus:

a lot of people don't have access to computers or laptop, and go to the libraries now closed.

the census 2020 came out, is the government give people, who can't access to computer or laptop a grace period to take the census?
