Yeah,so did I.

He's apparently been battling addiction for two decades.

Poor dude. Can't be easy to go through what he went through.

I've never heard of him. The media are always informing me of the deaths of people I've never heard of!

The Lost Boys, License to Drive, Lucas, Dream a Little Dream. Big movies, in the US at least, in the mid-to-late 80s.

The guy from Mongolia knew who he was. I guess Corey didn't make it in the UK?

OMG! I know I shouldn't be shocked, but I am. Wow. Gah, I loved his movies when I was younger!

I've just about heard of The Lost Boys but I've never seen it and never even heard of the others. Mind you, I was a bit young for movies in the mid-eighties.




Maybe, or maybe it's just because I'm not particularly into movies. Mind you, I've heard of most actors and actresses from big movies.

The reality show'The Two Corey's'gave a little insight into just how depressed and rejected he felt..his own best friend(the other Corey,Corey Feldman)acted like he hated his guts and that he felt like Corey Haim couldn't do anything right.He really treated him like a piece of s*** in my opinion.And it didn't help after being on drugs for so long that obviously burned up his brain which described his bizarre behaviour on the show,and that he wanted his career back and was rejected time and again,and also in the way of love,he really wanted to get his life back together but,he was shut down at every turn and wasn't able to pick himself back up .His death is so extremely sad and a great loss.

It was mid- to late-eighties I think...

I've never heard of him. Still very sad to see someone lose the fight against their addiction.

I knew this day would come...still sad though. RIP Corey
