Core training

Does anyone do core training with the exercise ball?



I recently bought one after I realized what a good workout you could get from it. It doesn't look hard but some of the exercises with it are really tough and leave you sore for a few days afterwards.

I've never done any actually excersizes on one of those but they are really fun when you are drunk.

yeah I can imagine.

yeah you can do it on a ball or on a mat. i personally prefer doing cores on a mat just because the exercises i do on the ball, i need someone to do it with me. but both work well.

So is core training like ab workouts?

abs and lower back...sort of your "trunk".

also it shouldnt hurt too many days after you do cores...since your ab muscles recover very quickly...your back, however may hurt.

Ive heard about it befo and Ive seen it on Tv... but wasnt sure if it really works... know I see it does... have you seen any good results using it???? what part of your body exercises????

It works mostly on your abs and lower back
