Conservative 5 point lead over Labour

Somehow the Conservatives have a five point lead over Labour. How?

I mean as much as people don't like Labour right now, would people really defect to an evil party such as the Conservatives? It seems rediculous. The only two parties who can get in are Labour and the Conservatives, and however bad Labour might be at times, the Tories are a hell of alot worse.

I think the whole system needs to be investigated. I was talking about this downthe pub the other night, and one of the guys down there are a labour counciller. He is moving to the libdems if Brown gets into power or.. cameron. There policies are alomost the same apprently. Ad he said that, Brown dispite what he says, will not change must of blairs policies, and the will not lower tax.

Well the only reason the conservatives are ahead is becouse of the leadership change, by the next ellection Labour will have regained their popularity amongst the electorate. But it's still frustrating.

I'm liking lib dems atm.....i like their main policies...and just they seem nicer

Lets all vote the SNP... or plyd cymru.... or even the lib dems.. letslet someone else screw us over instead of the ones we know are going too..

The Conservatives aren't cheating. They just happen to be quite popular at the moment, becouse Cameron is quite popular, and charismatic, and he's telling the electorate, what they want to hear.

I don't, anymore. Under Menzies Campbell their policies are no longer benafitting the poor, and is just an alternative to Conservative, rather than an alternative to Labour.

They got rid of the one policy they had that i really respected, that was higher taxes for the rich. Now they got rid of that policy Labour are without a doubt the most socially conscious of the three parties. So im quite firmly with them.

Though Labour are pissing me off atm.

Difference is Labour changed their policies, the Tories are only doing cosmetic changes. If i genuinly believed everything Cameron was saying it wouldn't be too different, but I don't. Look at the facts and it's the same old Conservative party. The Tories have ruined the country once before, dont let them do it again.
