The White House is ecstatic. It's a drop in the bucket the way the GAO scores the budget what with baseline budgeting. If they froze spending next year, it would be scored as a $7 trillion cut!
Now he's got the authority for all this immediate spending which will largely be nothing but funneling vast amounts of money into vote buying operations and money laundering into the Democrat Party coffers. QEIII is on the way and he'll be campaigning for more stimulus money for the same reason--certainly not to stimulate the economy and create jobs. Democrat philosophy, is if it doesn't work, which their policies haven't been, spend more money on it.
Tens of f***ing trillions in debt....Trillions! DC fiddles while flyover burns.
Just in time! Congress in on vacation and will be on its home grounds campaigning for reelection. And Washington has still to do the clean up the loose ends. Obama did it again. The debt ceiling is resolved. Now for that leadership. He must call Cogress back to finish the job.
