Has anybody got any unusual or different recipes involving any of the above? They're favourites in our house but I fancy doing something other than the usual. All ideas gratefully received.

Could you add fish to that lot? I want to get my lot eating more of it and need some inspiration.

I make a sausage/scalloped potato thing.

Slice up potatoes
Cook up some sausage

layer in a pan

cover with cream of cheese soup and milk (1 can to 1 can ratio I use about 2 each)

cook at baked (jacket) potato temp for about hour half.

very yum!

I'm looking forward to that now (whilst cooking the usual monumental roast dinner).
