I don't have a huge extensive knowledge of cheese but I do like a nice cheese selection to eat with some crackers or oatcakes.

Anyone else like cheese? What is your favourite kind?

I like medium cheddar or a good pepper jack cheese. I also like cheddar with salami or bacon in it

Yeah I'm boring cheese wise

I don't mind cheese, but I'm a cheddar person really. My parents are obsessed with the stuff though, there's usually more cheese than anything else in the fridge at home.

Did someone mention cheese?

I spend about $50 a week on the stuff..

I LOVE Stilton, smoked Gouda, Black Diamond Cheddar, Aricchio Provolone, and Montrachet.

Oh.. and good runny brie and camembert is fantastic baked up in a crust.

I have wondered about the whole eating cheese late at night makes you have scary dreams. I often wonder if eating something scary at night makes you dream of cheese?

I like cheese, well only really cheddar or mature cheddar. Red Leicester is okay too.

If it smells, it's not going in my mouth.

There's a cheese with cranberries in it? Is it a spread, or something firm? Please tell me more about this cheese, and then please mail a couple of pounds for me to sample..

I think I've even seen cranberry cheese here. For Christmas, I got my mom some blueberry vanilla goat milk cheese

It's firm, think it's usually Wensleydale, there's ones with other fruits such as peach.

Wnesleydale

Found it.. It looks like a variation of a really young stilton with fruit instead of blue veins.
