I'm all for execution of repeat sex offenders...especially the kiddie lovers.

In crimes involving murder and children i am all for captial punishment.

I believe that ALL human life is precious and that nobody , including the state has the right to take away any life.

I do believe that the courts in the UK and Ireland are too soft on criminals but that the financial implication of keeping more criminals locked up for ever in many cases are being taken into account before "justice" is.

Look capital punishment should never be accepted under any reason ....... why because what if its the wrong man or woman you can't bring that innocent person back to life its not reliable enough its wrong no matter what the crime is,and therefore certainly capital punishment is not the answer.

Against for the following reasons:

Murdering innocent people is never good.
Murdering people who would be proven innocent if the case was investigated after the execution is never good.
That whole deterrence thing is crap.
It takes too long, and is about three times more expensive than life imprisonment. Use that money for other stuff that actually works. Work at the root of the problem.

The life of a child rapist is precious? It's not. Put a needle in their arm and 8 minutes later throw them in the incinerator.

If they can make sure the person is guilty, it should be brought back. The main reason capital punishment isn't used is because the justice systems of Earth are screwed up.
But they should bring it back, public executions, the really bad people would get bigger crowds no doubt. Stoning, hanging. It all sounds very cruell but i think they could charge admittance and the money can go towards fixing roads, building good schools etc. And besides only thee types of people need to be killed for their crimes 1. Rapists 2. Phedophiles and 3. repeated murderers (because some of them have to do it the first time, eg. wifes who are repeatedly beaten and threatened by their husbands till they crack and shoot the bastard.) Thats most of my opinion, if i remember something else important i might come back
