I remember hearing about that back in '04. Some people are odd. I do believe that he is guilty only of "death by request" however. Four people had previously backed out of the same agreement with him, and he did not hold them to it. The guy in question even got cold feet, and Miewes appears to have had every intention of also allowing him to back out of the deal before he changed his mind again.

That is so disgusting. What the hell goes on in someone's mind that would make someone actually agree to do that. Nasty.

Yeah I remember watching a documentary about it and let me just tell you that my partner didn't want to watch it with me.The reason why I spose to see whether he is a nut or is this some tv show?Pretty sicko tho I just don't get why you would want to die that way seriously they are both nuts.What was amusing was he thought he could get away with a second time and got busted because a couple had reported the site and they found him.I must say what a bizzare case for the legal system to deal with considering there was no laws for this kind of bizzare/nutty act.
