For anyone who's really interested in photography and likes documentaries, then this is a
must see. It's called Born into Brothels . Here's a short description:

A tribute to the resiliency of childhood and the restorative power of art, Born into Brothels
is a portrait of several unforgettable children who live in the red light district of Calcutta,
where their mothers work as prostitutes. Zana Briski, a New York-based photographer,
gives each of the children a camera and teaches them to look at the world with new eyes.

You should check it out, I just saw it today in one of my photography workshops at school.
I thought it was VERY good. Also, it's one of those documentaries where you get attached
to the kids in it. Lousy documantaries and making me care about things.

Sad in some parts. Mostly at the end, but if you watch one of the special features that
revisits them 3 years after the documentary took place, it gets A LOT better.

That looks incredibly interesting. I am not ususally too into documentaries, but that one looks like it might be worth checking out..I'll try to remember next time I am at the video store to see if they have it to rent.

That's a good idea, because it's an awesome documnetary.
