I am amazed to hear that so many private investigators are charging $500 to $1000 to perform an online background check. These can be purchased for less than $100 and still make money at that. A typical report includes:

Names
Aliases
Criminal History
Email Addresses
Ip addresses
Phone Numbers
Dates Of Birth
Addresses
Social security numbers on file
Social media sites
Emails that match address
Phone numbers that match address
Neighbors name, address, possible phone numbers
Possible roommates on file
Property owned on file

Does anyone know how I should go about offering these to the mass US market for $99? If so your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

If you're trying to actually begin a business, this isn't the best way to do it. People on forums will often automatically discredit these posts.

I was actually looking for feedback but rarely get much. I get sarcasm, but when I ask a legitimate question, I get feedback like the banana post a few weeks back. As a business person, I am asking for feedback on business strategy and marketing opportunities. Do you feel as though I have asked it incorrectly?

It opens like an advertisement. That will instantly drive people away, because this is not a place where people come to look for background checks. Your title could relate more to your question, perhaps something like "How can I market my (or my company's) background checks?"

Also, the list of services at the top makes this sound just like an ad. Be direct with your question.

And the spelling really isn't bad, there was only the one typo of "laircatchers" rather than "liarcatchers", though that does appear to be a common mistake.

I can't help you with the business strategy or anything like that but if you're serious about this then hopefully I have helped a bit.
