If Los Angeles wants to boycott Arizona, it had better get used to reading by candlelight.

That's the message from a member of Arizona's top government utilities agency, who threw down the gauntlet Tuesday in a letter to Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa by threatening to cut off the city's power supply as retribution.

Is Arizona really prepared to take on the whole US? From the article sounds like LA is not the only upset about the immigration law.

The whole U.S. isn't threatening a boycott of AZ.

The article mentioned several US cities. I don't know what they mean by that though.

I reread the article and AZ says it will boycott anyone else who boycotts them as other cities across the US are boycotting them. (or threatening to boycott? ) The article isn't too clear.
Wish they would have listed the specfic cities.

A few cities are boycotting AZ companies. If possible, I'm assuming AZ would return the favor by boycotting the services they use from those cities or the companies that operate within those cities. If they don't do any type of business within those cities, there isn't much they can do.

This article was mainly about AZ cutting the power to Los Angeles.

I don't want anything to do with anyone who supports this law I don't care where they are from. This law is doing NOTHING but bringing trouble and it's WRONG in so many ways!

It's sort of funny, because it's calling LA's bluff. I mean, if they *really* wanna boycott Arizona, that would be part of the deal...lol. The whole thing is sort of immature in my opinion though.

All boycotts are stupid for the most part. Kinda like saying, "I'm taking my ball and going home." Fine, go. lol
