Just the sport game is fun enough.
I've heard the Metal Slug anthology is pretty cool...but yeah, it definitely gives you a bit of a workout.

I played tennis for an entire day once, and my arms were sore for days...

I have.

Mario Strikers Charged is an amazing game online. So is the recently released Smash Brawl. Mario Kart Racing is also a great one.

There ya go. 3 great games

Super smash Bros Brawl
legend of Zelda : Twilight princess
Metroid Prime 3
super Mario Galaxy
Mario Kart Wii
Mario Strikers Charged
Heatseeker
Mario and Sonic @ the Olympic Games
Tomb Raider Anniversary
REsident Evil 4 or umbrella chronicles
but for online game Mkwii is good, brawl is ok, Strikers is hard people are too good XD. You want a console for multiplayer online get a 360, im planning to get one
