Another torture device but it works

I don't have a pic but this is an exercise thingy called The Shaker.
It's about a foot long, white, with a metal weight on each end. You're supposed to shake it to tone up sagging underarms. I must be having a midlife crisis. Anyway, after the torturous sneakers I used this thing. You're supposed to hold it in front of you like a trumpet and shake it back and forth. It works the muscles alright, just don't plan on having use of your arms the next day.
I will use this but maybe 3 or 4 times a week. Don't use it if your upper body strength is poor, or use it no more than 2 min at a time.
I've completely lost my mind. Beauty has a terrible price. I just wanted to get a little stronger and weights sit on the floor.

Wouldn't this work the same and it's a lot cheaper.

This thing will do absolutely nothing to "tone" your arms.

You're basically paying 30 bucks for one tricep exercise. Caveat emptor!

You can do much much more with one of those.

You've obviously never watched the commercial.
