Another school shooting

Kayla just called me , of course you know she just left a week a go for college at the University of Tennessee At Knoxville. It seems that there was a 16 year old shot to death in the school cafeteria this morning . There are not many new reports of it yet. Kayla called me because I have a ton of neices and nephews at that school and Kayla has many friends there because I lived there for four years . I'm on pins and needles about this but so far the only call I have had is from Kayla.

Everytime I hear something like this I just cringe with fear. I guess we never now what we may be faced with each day when we wake up

Knoxville Police said the victim of this mornings shooting at Central High school in Knoxville has died .They also said the shooting was not random,instead they do believe the victim was targeted specifically by the suspect.

This has really got to stop...young lives are being lost every single day do to this senseless shootings....most times they don't even know what they shooting over...I just pray, cause it's all I can do...PEACE everyone!!

it sent chills. how safe are our children? i just noticed the school my kids go to FINALLY got an officer there everyday, tho he is as big as a house. but, he is packin heat. it makes me worry.

that's stupid! my god! what is this world coming to? wtf, where did a 16 year old get a damn gun? irresonsible parents! this crap scares me to death. im almost afraid to wake up in the morning because of this stuff! it makes you think twice about sending your kids to school, that's for sure. the victims family and all the kids who had to witness this are in my prayers.

This is exactly why I homeschooled.

Terrible, i can't believe people still will take it upon themselves to kill people in school and sometimes though not in this case, turn the gun on themselves.

It makes me worry about in general about how people are being brought up. The thing is though, this isnt the first and i doubt it will be the last case of shootings in schools and thats what worries me the most.

I hope that person comes to justice, though im not holding out. I just hope the family of the kid can move on and remember the good of that person.

I wish that the heart of the killer can be turned around. So many of us in this world are empty of love!

My sister is just beside herself . She said it's just caos there at the moment.
