The solution - consistent with AR theory - is veganism.

I was only exposed to the truth about animal cruelty less than a year ago. Mostly the testing is what gets me. Since then I've gradually stopped eating meat, and eventually I will hopefully make it to veganism, but I'm still not even full vegetarian yet.
Ironically, the only meat I do eat on occasion is chicken.

Veganism isn't as hard as people think. There are meat substitutes, and alot of recipes out there. Its been easy for me. I've never liked the taste of eggs, and well I'm lactose intolerant, and meat was easy to give up.

Most meat is definitely easy to give up myself as well. It's not that it's difficult really, but going into it cold turkey like I attempted the first time didn't work, and therefore I've just been going down the list slowly. It makes it easier once you know about what has happened to make the food that sits on the plate in front of you.

I was raised vegetarian by my mom, but then my dad gave me a burger when I was like 4. I jumped back to vegetarianism when I was 12 then quit after a year then, age 15 I started again, and went to veganism soon after.

Some people really don't care what it takes to get certain things. You'd be suprised how many things use animals or have involved them. If you are going to start though make sure you have a solid plan, if you don't your gonna feel like crap, lol.

Just take it slowly.
