That's probably exactly it. My aunt has a picture with Mickey and he looks like he's 'coping a feel'.

Unfortunately, the whole thing is likely to be a he said/she said argument and Disney's going to have to pay this woman and discipline the guy just to make everybody happy.

Ya for real or not, it can have the name Disney associated with this so the faster they solve from her side, the better.

They should have questioned her height, and the size? and the costumes.

Maybe they will. Maybe they could create a re-enactment.

Really though, even if they find out that the man's actual hand isn't able to feel anything and/or wasn't actually touching the woman inappropriately, they'll probably still pay her.
