I've lived in South Florida for 20+ years so I've talked to quite a few. The ones I have spoken to have all said Cuba sucks. The news story corroborates this. The news story basically said that some Cubans disagree which is true according to that poll. They interviewed a few of them also.
So, again,
WHY shouldn't we open the doors to Cuba?
They are not a threat to the USA.
We have open relationships with every country that we have ever gone to War with (except North Korea and they are the ones that don't to open up to the world).
The country were almost all the 9/11 terrorist came from, Saudi Arabia, is one of our friends.
The closed door policy with Cuba has failed for over 50 years.
So, give me the reason
WHY we should end the embargo? And don't say
Cuban Americans they are not the only Americans. In fact, they are only about 1/2 of 1% of the USA, 52% of which want to end the embargo... why should U.S. policy be dictated by roughly 1/4 of 1% of our population.
Why?
