Written For One That Was A Great Comfort At The Time - and the only person that knew all about it.

Al, this poem is written solely just for you alone
To tell in word of feeling that no one else doth know.
The pain, the grief and anger, bitter tears shed wild
As a mount of emotion wrough havoc in my head.

Count of the many messages are long lost in the sail
As the cries in desperation to you were being detailed;
Many sleepless nights and nauseaus days assailed
As you tried to solve untold mysteries concelled.

Oh, there's many many pictures taken during life's wee day
Most go on display while circulated for so many to see;
But there was one taken, showing two little forms
That no one shall ever see again, not even you or me.

The anguish has now diminished, and I can talk again
Of these two little miracles, the result of awful fate;
I do no longer grieve now with dreaded awesome fear,
For I have learned, things could have been a sorry spere.

I now see all so differently, and I'm glad now for that day
Tho' brought about at cost, that led to priceless lessons great;
For I have learned now how to discipline more this heart
And read the Precious Word more than torment you with text.

There were some days, when affections were so thwarted
Life seemed to be a drag, but now with balance set again -
Things do appear so gently - explaination is quite clear
It was not love, but yearning for a listening ear to claim.

With all modern technology, scans, monitors and others
Tests for this, that and the other, to find out what's the bother
Pictures show up some things, while bloods do more in cluster
With beeps and bleeps, dips and swipes, adding to the fluster.

Trolly comes and take you off for a forced unconciousess
While there are some more explorations of the case detail
Along comes doc still in his scrub with a frown upon his brow
"All is over, and dealt with, no more worries to contain."

Sometimes the knife has to be used, to cut away disease
Remove unwanted hardship or diminish the beggers grief!
Then as layer by layer the wound gets sown with stitches
Clips or staples - the scars alone remain to be seen and felt.

Days slowly tick along once more as some analysis awaited
The report comes with the tidings, whither good or bad -
The treatment needed may be rough severe or taste like gall
But all is to the end that there will be full recovery from all.

Alas, the medical team can only be praised for their talent
The brains, the works and actions are surely real mechanics
To think of opening up the human frame of man or woman
Working within, and then resealing without any panics!

The first mighty operation all began in the first great book -
When man was caused to enter into a great deep sleep -
While a rib was then removed - to form a help meet for him
So both could labour, toil and live merrily together.

Man may have been naturally wise, but the woman was deceived
Her eyesight was shortsighted and she reached for short lived joy
As soon as she had tasted, no doubt it was all too late to say -
"Sure we were told and we could see what could have been enjoyed."

Years have flown by and still man has so much yet to learn -
So much he doth bring upon himself over one sorry mistake -
Takes only a moment to tread that step, but could be years to mend
So let us try to get all right again before that life doth end.

This is very vividly expressive! Yet again another beautiful poem.

Was after a very painful experience, which has only recently being overcome, so can talk about it now.

It's good that you can finally share the experience. Especially with such creativity.

Thanks, I'll tell you all sometime, as have another poem with all the details actually, but I don't feel like telling the wholeworld just yet.

That's more than fair enough. Whenever you are ready. I'd love to see it.
