Grated raw beetroot is very nice in a salad instead of carrot.

I really don't like potatoes. I'm just not a fan of the texture.

Do your carrots in the microwave,with a little bit of water ,about a table spoon,and add a teaspoon of honey,the time they take depends on what power your microwave is.
