I think I promised not to post anymore flower shots unless it was something special. Well to me this is special because of the way the light hit it. There's so many different shades I find myself staring at it.

I don't profess to be a flower expert and to that end I must confess I don't have a clue what it's called so if someone can place a name to it and let me know I would appreciate it.

It looks like a daisy of some description,but then I don't profess to know flowers myself.

Have you taken that using natural light??if so you picked it beautifully,it's a Photo to be proud of .

Take a look at this. I found it under <marigold> within google's image collection. But the marigold seems to have a bazillion variants in shape as well as color.

They look a bit like a hybrid daisy..

They come in a million colors now, but yours are pretty exceptional.

Natural light. I was tempted to use the flash with a defuser but the way I figured it is it's on the yard where I live so I can always go shoot it again if need be. In the end I'm very happy with it just as it is.

I believe it's an African Daisy of some sort but I haven't been able to pin down the exact variety. " Grandma " will be back on the yard this Friday and I will ask her. Guaranteed she will know.

I'm sure it isn't a Marigold... I think... maybe or maybe it is. Beats the hell outa me.
