I just saw on the late news that a movie has been made on the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks. I think it is named after the flight number of the plane where the passengers took over the terrorists.

Do you think it is too early to make this movie?

Would you see it?

Well they've already made a TV series on it, haven't they? Rescue me is set in the NY fire department, and I'm sure it's about firemen who were involved in 9/11. I'm not sure because I've never seen it, but I was under the impression that that's what it's about.

I don't know. I wouldn't say its too early. I may or may not see it. I mean I am not going to make a point to see it but if I just get the chance then I will. I know what happened that day. I don't think it will hurt to have a movie of it. I know some people say we need to forget about it but thats a joke no one in the states at least ever will.

I have never really watched that show either. I am not sure if it is trying to relate to 9/11 or not. I think it has a guy that is always getting drunk in it if I am thinking about the right show.

On TV yesterday they were saying many Americans hadn't seen the footage of JFK being shot until about 15 years after the event.

US TV powers to be thought the country wasn't ready for the shock!

It's 5 years since 911. There's no good time to see a film about a love one you've lost so why not now instead of another 5 years time.

I don't it is important to remember. I have a tattu of my ex husbands name on my right shoulder blade, I plan to cover it with a tribute to flight 93, the flight that fought back.

I think they deserve an extremely well made film using the real life stories of those who died, those who were left behind, those injured, those who rescued and the families and relatives as well as the reaction around the world.

I dont think they should EVER be forgotten.

I dunno about that, hes a good filmaker but i would think Peter Jackson would actually be able to handle it more level headedly if that makes any sense.

I think this thing is already made and being released shortly. There was an outcry as to the trailer being shown in cinemas to people who may prefer not to be reminded of 9/11.

It didn't sound to have been as well made as is deserving of those who died. Maybe it's better to view the movie and then comment on how appropriate it was.
