well i dont know them all and i do have a bit of a biased view but the biggest one is that all employees will have to negotiate a contract with their employer rather than be protected by an award wage and award conditions. the employer is well within his/her rights to tell the employee or potential employee that they "arent what they want" if they dont agree to the conditions in the contract.

So the law won't protect employey's anymore? I don't see the point of making it like that at all. What's the government's reasoning behind it?

apparently its good for the economy and it'll be easier to have to industrial relations under one system which is supposedly the best thing for the workers of Australia

These new Industrial Relations Laws will allow the employers to import unskilled labour and place them in positions such as Apprenticeships and train them. Most likely, after they get their training, they will return to their nation leaving Australia even more worse off than it is right now.

They won't train Australian's. The government encourages the use of overseas labour instead of using unemployed people who live here. An act of being a Traitor!
