After last night Chelsea will find it difficult. PSG have a good side and will be able to score at stamford bridge if they need too. United have a really good chance. Their best performances have come in the champions league this year and the last time they were in germany they won 5-0 granted it wasn't against Bayern but still. Bayern have lost on home soil to Man City and Arsenal in recent years and they have as good a chance as anyone of getting through. Real i think are the favorites to go through in their tie as they have a 3-0 lead. Barca and Atletico is harder to call as Barca are not the team they were a few years ago. Guardiola made them what they were and he is now doing the same at Bayern. I think Dortmund will go through tho as they were finallists last year and haven't lost anyone apart from Goetze. They will struggle next year tho when lewadovski leaves

Ignore what i said about Dortmund lol I forgot they were playing Real Madrid. I am so tired today

" I think Dortmund will go through"
Dortmund are playing Real and will have to overturn a 0-3 first leg deficit. I really dont see that happening

i dont follow hull city but i am a traditionalist and so i was pretty bloody happy to hear that the FA have rejected allam's attempt to chane the name of the club to the hull tigers. A win for tradition and a win for the fans.

I think it will be a draw. They both have great attacking teams so it will be a high scoring game but the only outcome i can see is a high score draw

a lot can happen in just 4 games but at the minute the Anfield clash against chelski is shaping up as being potentially season defining. But before then there is a tough match against Norwich to get through.

Saddened to hear the news that West Ham forward Dylan Tombides has died at the age of just 20 following a battle with cancer.
RIP mate

Well less than a year into a six year contract and Moyes has been sacked. Not even the support of AF was enough to save him. The writing was on the wall even before the 0-2 loss to Everton.

Will be interesting to see who replaces him. Surely this time they will go with a manager with experience in managing BIG clubs.

At the moment the obvious choice would appear to be Van Gaal. He has had success with Barcelona and Bayern and his attacking style of football would appeal to many. He is of course currently managing the dutch national team (again).

Sir Alex was apparently part of the decision to sack him so he didn't have his support. I supported him all season until I saw no improvement in performances. His tactics were set up as don't lose rather that go for the win which is what United is all about. One of his post match interviews summed it up for me after the Newcastle loss at home he was asked why he had left Van Persie on when he was injured and he said "People would have asked why i was taking off my top scorer when we were chasing the game" That is what set him apart from top managers as he really didn't seem to know what he was doing or was afraid of causing problems. Top managers cannot be afraid of causing problems with the press or any player. That is what set Sir Alex apart as when others thought he should continue with the team he had. Sir Alex would rip it apart and start again ala Hughes, Kanchelskis and Ince who were sold when many thought they were at the peak of their powers. Sir Alex was proved right and there weren't alot of things he got wrong. Its that indecision or cowardice that caused lots of the fans to drop their support for him....in short the job was too big for him
