Believe it or not, there's this policy in jail. Your life is worse than hell if you did a crime a lot worse than say, grand auto theft.
So, I'd let the other inmates take care of him.... but I'd probably be in the jail 4 violently assaulting my brother 4 doing that to my kid!!!
