Blinds open or closed?

I like having the blinds in my bedroom and in the bathroom closed at all times. In fact, if they're open, I become very annoyed and immediately close them. I don't know why. I guess I like my privacy.

What is it with parents and having the blinds open? "Let some sunlight into your room." If I wanted sunlight I'd go outside Almost everytime my mom comes into my room, she opens the blinds. Is it some kind of motherly instinct or something? You just HAVE to open my blinds when you come in my room? My old cleaning lady would do that too. She'd clean my room and when I'd come back my blinds would be open

Besides, if I open them, then I forget to close them at night, or I'll remember when I'm already in bed and then I'll have to get out after I'm all comfortable.

I love them open, unfortunately I dont think Eli does when its late and we have the lights on in our room.

I love the light....and at night I like the breeze...I cant help it.

Don't even get me started. My mom would do that to me ALL the time.

It would be different if we didn't live in apartments. I don't need some nasty dirty peeping-tom rapists checking out my girlfriend when we're watching TV in our bedroom.

In all honesty. Well I don't mind if it's daylight out to have the curtains/blinds open, but when it's hot I keep them closed so the place stays cool. And at night EVERYTHING is closed. I hate having people being able to peep in a at me.

Haha I'm EXACTLY the same. I hate having the blinds open and my parents are forever telling me to open them...

I'll close my bedroom blinds at night, everyone can see in if I keep them open.

But when im sleeping in the summer I'll leave my window and blinds open.

I have no blinds, there's a rug covering the window.

And i have no door either, and I'm missing a wall too. I have almost no privacy in my room since the only thing dividing it and the kitchen is a doorway without a door and a bar that's kinda like a wall.

is your room the living room?

I like the blinds open during the day simply because my plants need light. But at night...it's a whole different story. But I almost always keep my bedroom window open to help circulate the air.

i never can keep them open it makes my rooom hot!!
