It may very well be there fortay but they broke the law big time...i fookin hate employers like that....i used acas when my sis was suspended for standing up to a patient who was being abusive and the NHS suspended hr can you believe it! Anyways acas were very helpful and she won her job back.

UPDATE> I may have a job buy the end of today. I have spoke with a legal advicer throw my girlfriends inssurance, and they suggest that i write a letter to explain the reasons in detail for me being sacked. then dispute it.
