n sounds good but rare is too much blood.. medium rare and that would be perfect!!!

Beef...this is what you do....Get a crockpot...yes, a crockpot. Cut up a few onions, get some packaged brown gravy (see directions on the brown gravy pack)..get about 4 packs of brown gravy put it in the crockpot with cut up onions and a few cut up potatos...put the roat in the crockpot and go to work for the day. By the time you get home after 5 p.m., dinner is done!!!!!

thats pretty much what i did, only no onions.. lots of taters instead.

I love pot roast with potatoes, onions and carrots in it yummy!

beef stew i think, or fillet steak cooked slowly in wine with garlic and onions, then grilled off at the end.

beef stew is my favourite, some mashed potato, peas, swede & carrot mashed together, green beans *yummy* or if you mince it then some mince & tatties would be good
