I just looked at some of the options, it certainly has more features! Wow, it would have been stupid to pay $149 for the other one!

GIMP is basically a free version of Adobe Photoshop. It is an amazing bit of software

You should be able to follow most photoshop tutorials...especially the older versions (ie 3/
