Jesus, my boss is alive, all of a sudden he rears his head to.... Condersend everyone... WTF!! he sits in his little office doing jack s***.. then, suddenly tells everyone how to do there job, that the majority are perfectly doing.. he then cant take advice, told me that i have a long way to go to be a manager... (thats nice, funny that ive been offered 2 management jobs...).

But what annoyed me, is that he spent 30mins telling us something we already knew, but 6 weeks ago..

How the f*** do these people become managers??
Im serious.. there a frigging nightmare, they have more time on there hands than anyone, but yet it takes 4weeks to get stuff done...

i know what you mean but i think it happens anywhere you go hun, office politics and all that s***! personally the managers that are the worst are the younger ones that go on power trips because they cant handle the power! i would rather walk out of situations like that.

hes in his late 50's, and i am walking away, soon.. i cant take this circus!!
